No. Sullivan Retirement Residence is for independent retirement living, and not a care/nursing home facility. We do not provide inhouse healthcare facilities or services. Whilst doctors can be called to the property, we highly recommend obtaining the right healthcare insurance package that suits your needs.

To obtain a Cambodia Retirement ER Visa you must be 55 or older, and prove you are retired in your home country (pension or social security documentation). Visas are all taken care of by Sullivan Retirement Residence, and renewed annually.

Presently, Cambodia has no personal income taxation on pension disbursements, meaning your pension will not be subject to tax in Cambodia.

Absolutely! One of our unique qualities is our ability to build a community amongst our residents. There will be plenty of opportunity to socialise with like-minded residents, explore the city and meet new people, or enjoy some alone time when needed.

At Sullivan Retirement Residence we have a philosophy that we never want anyone to be somewhere where they are not happy. Therefore, we do not lock any residents into long-term contracts and just require a two-month notice period.
